Unwind and prepare for a restful nights sleep with this soothing floral blend of herbs including Chamomile, Lemon Balm, and Californian Poppy traditionally used to relax the nervous system and nourish yin energy for deeper repair. These herbs work synergistically with Passionflower and Hops which are used to soothe the mind and spirit, inducing a state ideal for sleep.
Place heaped teaspoon of tea per cup into a teapot or infuser. Add Boiling water and allow to brew for 5 or more minutes, strain and serve.
