Directions:

• Good Mood Chews: 6–18 years, weighing over 30kg: chew two tablets daily.
• Let's Dream Drops: 6–12 years: Take one 5ml metric teaspoon, 15 minutes before bed. 12–18 years: Take two 5ml metric teaspoons, 15 minutes before bed
• Stay Cool Spray: Shake well before use. 6–12 years: Spray 1-2 sprays into the mouth when required (max four sprays a day). 12–18 years: Spray 1-2 sprays into the mouth when required (max six sprays a day).

  • Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) ext. equiv. to fresh whole herb - 333.5 mg
  • Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) ext. equiv. to fresh flower - 66.5 mg
  • Magnesium citrate (equiv. magnesium 35 mg) - 225.8 mg 

• Stay Cool Spray: Each 0.32 mL spray contains: Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) ext. equiv. to fresh whole herb 133.33 mg
