Shipping Information
At Kiwi Chemist, we take care to make sure your order is accurate, complete, and in excellent condition before it leaves our warehouse.
Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
Our team will then carefully pick, inspect, and cross-check your items before dispatch to ensure you receive everything you ordered and that your products are in mint condition.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information.
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please make sure your address is correct before completing your purchase.
Delivery Rates
Delivery fees depend on the shipping option selected and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Orders over $75: Free delivery
- Orders under $75: Flat delivery fee of $6.99
Delivery Options
We currently offer two delivery options:
1. Standard Shipping
Once your order has been collected by our designated courier, delivery is usually completed within 3 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during public holidays, promotional periods, or limited-edition product launches. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
2. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations.
International shipping starts at an indicative price of $35 NZD. Some heavier or larger items may incur additional shipping charges.
If additional shipping costs apply to your order, we will contact you before dispatch. You will then have the option to:
- Pay the additional shipping cost and proceed with your order; or
- Request a refund and cancel your order.
International Delivery Times
Orders generally require 3–5 business days to be processed before dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, international delivery times will vary depending on the destination, courier, and customs processes in the receiving country.
Please be aware that public holidays, promotional periods, limited-edition launches, customs clearance, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery.
Kiwi Chemist will always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. However, once an order has been handed over to the courier, certain factors outside our control including traffic, weather, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.
If we become aware of a significant delivery delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.
