Active Ingredients:

Psyllium Husk (1.9g per 4g serving), Bovine Collagen (1.9g per 4g serving)

Other Ingredients
Malic Acid, Natural Flavours, Salt, Potassium Citrate, Natural Sweeteners (Stevia, Thaumatin)

Dosage:

Add 1 tablespoon (10g) of No.2 to at least 1 cup (250mL) of water. Stir vigorously, drink immediately. Make sure you drink lots of water. Try it in your morning smoothie!

Adults 12 yrs+: 1 to 2 tablespoons daily
Children under 12 yrs: consult your health professional

For new users - start low and slow! Take 1 teaspoon daily and gradually increase as necessary. As your body adjusts, you may experience minor bloating.

Warnings:

When mixed, psyllium absorbs water quickly and becomes a viscous fluid which may present a choking hazard. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.

If constipation persists, you experience abdominal discomfort or fail to have a bowel motion when using this product, consult your doctor.

Bulk fibre may affect how well medicines work. If you are taking oral prescription medication, take this product 2 hours before or after the prescribed medicine to minimise any effect on absorption.
