General Information

BetterYou Magnesium Muscle Body Spray combines magnesium chloride with energising lemon oil, arnica and capsicum to support training and post-exercise muscle recovery. The arnica and capsicum create a gentle warming sensation as you massage it in.

10 sprays deliver 150mg of elemental magnesium; approximately 600 sprays per bottle. Suitable for ages 13+, vegans and vegetarians. Free from palm oil, parabens, synthetic colours and flavours. Size: 100ml.

Ingredients

Aqua (water), magnesium chloride, glycerin, propylene glycol, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, capsicum frutescens fruit extract, citrus limon (lemon) peel oil, hydrolyzed jojoba esters, limonene, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, arnica montana flower extract, citral, citric acid, trisodium EDTA, linalool.

Directions

Ages 13+: spray onto the body and massage well into the skin, ideally after exercise and showering. For training support apply 10-20 sprays morning and night. For recovery, apply to the muscle area and massage in thoroughly. Start with one or two sprays and build up gradually. Avoid delicate areas such as the eyes.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and do not apply to broken or irritated skin. On first use you may feel a slight tingling sensation, which usually passes with regular use; if irritation persists, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. Always read the label and use only as directed.

Arnica and capsicum create a warming sensation. Wash hands after use.
