Directions

Remove the inside pads if desired and centre the lacing over the middle of the spine. Wrap the panels around the waist and fasten the hook and loop snugly. Pull the cord straps on each side outward until the desired support is reached, then bring them forward and secure; adjust as needed. Care: secure all straps before washing; hand wash in warm (not hot) water with mild soap, rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use fabric softener.

Warnings

If you experience pain, swelling, numbness or discomfort, remove the support. Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional.
