The Futuro Comfort Elbow Support with Pressure Pads is a stretchy elastic-knit elbow sleeve with an adjustable forearm strap and two pressure pads. It gives moderate support for stiff, weak or injured elbows, and the pads put targeted pressure on the forearm tendons just below the elbow. It is often used for tennis elbow, golfer's elbow and overuse strain. It is low-profile and can be worn on either arm.
Sizing: Measure around the elbow. Small fits about 23.0-25.5 cm (9-10 in). Medium and Large go up from there, following the measurement chart on the pack.

Ingredients

Directions
Slide the support over the elbow. Position the pressure pads on the top and underside of the forearm, just below the elbow. Wrap the strap around the forearm and tighten until firm but comfortable. You can wear it all day or during the activities that cause discomfort. Hand wash in mild soap and warm (not hot) water, rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use fabric softener.
