Directions
Lay the stabiliser over the knee, smooth side against the skin, with the round hole over the kneecap. Wrap the middle strap under the knee, then wrap and fasten the two outer straps. Adjust until firm yet comfortable. Care: secure straps before washing; hand wash in warm (not hot) water with mild soap, rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use fabric softener.
