Ingredients

Directions

Slide the foot into the elastic part (for the right ankle, turn the support inside out). Wrap the strap around the ankle as shown on the pack and attach the hook and loop fastener, adjusting for comfort. Avoid placing fasteners over the instep where shoes may rub. Care: secure all straps before washing. Hand wash in warm (not hot) water with mild soap, rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use fabric softener.

Warnings

If you experience pain, swelling, numbness, tingling or discomfort, remove the support and consult a healthcare professional. Do not apply over broken or irritated skin. Caution: contains natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist, see your healthcare professional.
