Ingredients

Each SoftGel capsule contains: Co-Enzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone) 450mg; BioPerine 5.26mg (equiv. to Black Pepper (Piper nigrum) fruit dry 105mg, equiv. to Piperine 5mg); Concentrated Fish Oil 1,093mg (equiv. to Omega-3 fatty acids 656mg, EPA 394mg, DHA 262mg); Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) 25mcg (1,000IU).

Directions

Adults: Take 1 SoftGel capsule daily. Best taken with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
