Ingredients
Active ingredients per dose (2 capsules): MitoQ (mitoquinol mesylate) 10mg, Chromium (as chromium picolinate) 500mcg, Zinc (as zinc amino acid chelate) 14mg, Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia) extract (bark) 200mg (equiv. 2400mg dry cinnamon bark).
Also contains: tapioca starch, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, maltodextrin, colloidal anhydrous silica, purified water, carrageenan, potassium acetate.
Directions
Adults: take 2 capsules each morning with water, 30 minutes before breakfast. Do not exceed the stated dose unless directed by your healthcare professional.
