Ingredients

Each tablet provides: Vitamin C (as Ester-C calcium ascorbate) 1000mg; Calcium (as Ester-C calcium ascorbate) 100mg; Citrus bioflavonoid complex 200mg; Acerola 25mg; Rose hips (fruit) 25mg; Rutin 25mg.

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, silica, vegetable stearic acid, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable glycerin.

Free of gluten, wheat, yeast, sugar, salt, artificial flavours, sweeteners, preservatives and colours.

Directions

Adults: take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
