Ingredients

GelActiv gel with an adhesive backing.

Directions

Make sure the inside of the shoe is clean and dry. Peel off the protective film to expose the adhesive backing. Place the gel pad adhesive-side down in the heel area of the shoe and press down firmly so it sticks well. Store below 25°C.
