Scholl Pressure Point Adhesive Foam is a soft, self-adhesive foam sheet that helps relieve painful pressure and friction on the feet. It can be cut to any shape to fit the foot, or applied inside shoes, for example at the heel or toe, which makes it handy for sports footwear. The pack contains 1 sheet.

Directions

Make sure feet are clean and dry. Cut the foam to the shape you need and remove the backing paper. Press firmly into place so it stays attached. If the skin is broken, apply the foam over a first aid dressing. For closer-fitting shoes, a thinner moleskin padding may suit better.
