General Information

Nutricia Fortisip Multi Fibre Chocolate is a ready-to-drink, high energy, nutritionally complete, fibre-enriched oral nutritional supplement (1.5 kcal/ml). Each 200ml bottle provides approximately 300 kcal, 12g protein and 4.4g of the MF6 fibre blend, plus 28 vitamins and minerals.

Fortisip Multi Fibre is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for the dietary management of disease-related malnutrition and patients with high energy requirements. It must be used under medical supervision and is suitable as a sole source of nutrition or as a nutritional supplement.

Allergens: Contains cow's milk and soy. Low lactose (<2g/100g). No gluten-containing ingredients (no detectable gluten, <5 ppm). Halal certified.

Directions

  • Shake well before use. Best served chilled.
  • Store unopened in a cool, dry place.
  • Once opened, close the bottle, store in the refrigerator and discard unused contents after 24 hours.
