General Information

Resolve Plus 0.5% Cream combines an antifungal with a mild anti-inflammatory to treat inflamed or itchy fungal skin infections, including tinea, thrush, seborrhoeic dermatitis, thrush-infected nappy rash and skin-fold rashes. Pharmacy Only Medicine.

Ingredients

Actives: Hydrocortisone 0.5% w/w, Miconazole nitrate 2% w/w. Excipients: butylene glycol, cetostearyl alcohol, citric acid, dibasic sodium phosphate, dimeticone, disodium edetate, glyceryl monostearate, light liquid paraffin, macrogol stearate 2000, phenethyl alcohol, povidone, purified water, xanthan gum.

Directions

Apply a small amount to the affected skin and surrounding area twice daily until the inflammation settles. Then change to an antifungal without hydrocortisone, such as Resolve Tinea Cream, until symptoms clear, and continue for 14 days after they disappear.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid the eyes. Do not use on acne, cold sores or other viral skin infections (such as chickenpox), perioral dermatitis or ulcerated skin. Do not use on children under 2 years, under waterproof dressings or for more than 7 days unless a doctor advises. Prolonged use, especially on skin folds, can thin the skin. Discontinue if irritation occurs. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a healthcare professional before use. Always read the label and use only as directed.
