Directions

Wrap around the lower back with the lumbar pads centred over the spine, fasten the hook-and-loop straps, then pull the cords to adjust compression. Care: secure all straps before washing; hand wash in warm (not hot) water with mild soap, rinse well and air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use fabric softener.
