Ingredients
Each capsule contains: Hydrolysed Marine Collagen 250mg; Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 100mg; Colloidal Silica 30mg (Silicon equiv. 14mg); Hyaluronic Acid 27.5mg (Sodium Hyaluronate equiv. 25mg); Zinc Gluconate 58.1mg (Zinc equiv. 7.5mg); Biotin 650mcg; d-alpha-Tocopheryl Acid Succinate 20.66mg (Vitamin E equiv. 25IU); Resveratrol (Trans) 50mg (from Polygonum cuspidatum Root equiv. 7600mg).
Directions
Take 2 capsules with food. After 3 months dose can be reduced to 1 capsule daily as maintenance.
