Ingredients
Each capsule contains: Magnesium Oxide 400mg (equiv. Magnesium 241mg); Magnesium Sulphate 400mg (equiv. Magnesium 50mg); Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 50mg; Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 2mg; Sodium Chloride 5mg; Potassium Chloride 20mg (equiv. Potassium 10mg); Aloe barbadensis Leaf (Aloe Vera) 50mg; Foeniculum vulgare Seed Powder (Fennel) 50mg; encapsulating aids. No colours, flavours, sweeteners, preservatives, gluten, egg, dairy, soy or wheat.
Directions
Rapid dose: 4 capsules two to three times daily. Mild dose: 4-5 capsules daily. Take between meals or on an empty stomach for optimal effect. Drink 1-3 litres of water daily.
