Harker Herbals Adrenal Tonic (formerly Glandnurse) is a vegan-friendly traditional New Zealand herbal liquid made with 16 herbs, seaweeds and essential oils. It is formulated to help support healthy adrenal function and the body's ability to adapt to physical and mental stress and fatigue. It provides natural seaweed-derived iodine to help support glandular function, and includes herbs such as licorice, sarsaparilla, horsetail, ginger and NZ manuka and gorse, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support energy and vitality.

Ingredients
Herbs: Cayenne, Chickweed, Ginger, Gorse (tips and flowers), Horsetail, Licorice root, Manuka (wood, pith and bark), Marshmallow root, Sarsaparilla root, Yellow Dock root. Seaweeds: Carrageen (Irish Moss), Kelp. Oils: Cinnamon, Clove Bud, Jojoba, Lime, Rosemary. Also: Celtic sea salt, citric acid, vegetable glycerine, natural seaweed-derived organic iodine, UV light-treated rain water.
Directions
Adults: take as directed on the label, or as advised by your healthcare professional. Shake vigorously before each dose. Take straight, or in 50ml of boiled water as a tea. Take 1/4 to 1/2 dose for the first 2-3 days. Avoid coffee or tea for 15 minutes before and after each dose.
