The USL Sport Instant Cold Pack is a single-use cold pack that needs no freezing. Pressing the inner pouch activates it instantly. It is ideal for sports injuries and for school, home, sideline, office or general first aid, and is suitable for emergency use and physiotherapists. Size 15cm x 22cm.

Ingredients
Ammonium nitrate and water.
Directions
Shake the granules to the bottom of the bag. Squeeze from the top down with both hands to break the inner fluid bag, then shake briefly to mix. Wrap in a protective cover or towel and apply to the treatment area.
Warnings
For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Check for leaks before use and discard if damaged or leaking. Do not puncture or cut the pack. If contents contact skin or eyes, flush with plenty of water. If swallowed, call the National Poisons Centre on 0800 POISON (0800 764 766) or seek medical attention. Do not apply for more than 20 minutes at a time and allow at least 2 hours between applications. Do not reuse or refreeze. For severe injuries, seek medical advice.
