Each 5ml dose contains:

• PASSIONFLOWER flowers 818.5mg
• ZIZYPHUS  seed 1215.5mg
• VALERIAN root 730.4mg
• HOPS flowers 364.65mg
• In a base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water
• This low sugar formulation contains less than 0.66g of sugar per 5ml dose.

Directions

• Recommended adult dosage (over 12 years)
• Sleep well: Take 5mls three hours before bed and another 5mls one hour before bed. If needed, take another 5mls through the night.
• Shake well before use.
• Can be taken long term to support immune defences.

• Not to be taken while pregnant or breastfeeding.
