Ingredients
Each capsule contains 20 billion live probiotics: Lactobacillus rhamnosus (LGG®) 10 billion CFU; Lactobacillus plantarum 299v 10 billion CFU. Free from wheat, gluten, dairy, lactose, egg and nuts.
Directions
Adults and children over 12 years: for daily gut-brain support take 1 capsule daily. To help support mental focus, recall and clarity in times of stress, take 2 capsules daily. Or use as directed by your healthcare professional. Capsules can be pulled apart and the powder added to food or liquid. Store below 25°C; no refrigeration required.
