Ingredients

Each effervescent tablet contains: L-Theanine 400mg; Magnesium Citrate 100mg; Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 - 1000 IU) 25mcg. Contains tabletting aids.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily dissolved in 200ml water. Acute adult dose: 1-2 tablets daily. Children 12 years and over: 1/2 tablet daily; acute dose 1 tablet daily.
