BePure Iron Restore is a source of iron as iron bisglycinate (Ferrochel), a well tolerated form of iron. It also contains vitamin C and vitamins B9, B12 and B6.

Take 1 capsule daily, ideally away from food.

Is this product right for me?

Suitable for ages 12+. Suitable to take when pregnant and breastfeeding. Not recommended for those at risk of high iron levels. We recommend getting a ferritin test with your local doctor to measure your iron levels before taking an iron supplement.

• Vitamin C as Ascorbic Acid 500 mg
• Vitamin B9 as MTHF 300 mcg
• Vitamin B12 as Adenosylcobalamin 50 mcg
• Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxine 5'-phosphate 12.5 mg

Additional ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose, Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate.
