Each softgel capsule contains:

• Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) 100mg
• Other fatty acids (including linoleic acid and oleic acid) 900mg

Directions

Adults 18 years and over: Take 1 to 2 capsules, 2 to 3 times daily. For maintenance, take 1 capsule once or twice daily.

Children 12 years and over: Take 1 capsule, 2 to 3 times daily.
