Each 14g serve contains: OptiCreatine™ equiv. to Creatine monohydrate 5,000mg (5g), L-Glutamine 2,000mg, Magnesium Glycinate 886.53mg (equiv. to elemental Magnesium 125mg), Hydrolysed collagen 1,000mg. Contains sucralose, acidity regulator, flavours and carrier.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 heaped scoop (14g serve) mixed with 300ml water, daily. Can be taken anytime, with food or on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
