Ingredients

Amount per daily serving (1 capsule):

• Vitamin B9 as Folinic Acid - 300mcg
• Iodine as Potassium Iodide - 100mcg

Additional ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate.

Free from gluten, dairy, corn, soy, refined sugar, GMO, artificial colours, flavours, additives and animal products.

Directions

• Take 1 capsule daily with food.
• The Ministry of Health recommends 800mcg folate daily during pregnancy planning and early pregnancy; Folate Restore provides 300mcg - check with your healthcare professional about combining with other products such as Mum's One.
• Children 9+: only if a known folate deficiency is present, as advised by a healthcare professional.
