Ingredients

Amount per daily serve (5.6g):

Directions

Mix with water or any cold drink of choice. For sleep support, take 2 hours before bed.

• Ages 9-13: Take 1⅓ tsp (3.7g) daily.
• Ages 14+: Take 2 tsp (5.6g) daily.
