BePure Magnesium Citrate Lax provides gentle, magnesium-based support for easy, regular bowel motions. With 220mg of magnesium (as magnesium citrate) per serve, it works by drawing water into the bowel to help soften stool, without harsh ingredients.

Free from gluten, dairy, soy, corn, refined sugar, GMO, artificial colours and artificial flavours. Suitable for vegans. Contains 60 capsules (30-day supply).

Ingredients

Amount per daily serve (2 capsules):

• Magnesium (as Magnesium Citrate) 220 mg

Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (capsule), Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Microcrystalline Cellulose.

Directions

• Ages 4-8: Take 1 capsule daily.
• Ages 9-13: Take 2 capsules daily.
• Ages 14+: Standard dose - take 2 capsules daily. When extra support is needed, take 4 capsules daily.

For best results, take close to bedtime. Recommended for short-term or as-needed use.
