Ingredients

Magnesium citrate, magnesium glycinate, magnesium malate (providing 375mg elemental magnesium per serve). Other ingredients: citric acid, natural lemon and lime flavouring, stevia.

Directions

Adults: add 1 level teaspoon (4.5g) to 250-500ml of water and mix well. Drink immediately. Reduce the serving for children under 13 years, or use as advised by your healthcare professional.
