General Information
Bonjela Mouth Ulcer & Teething Gel is a pleasant-tasting, sugar-free oral gel containing choline salicylate. It provides fast-acting, soothing relief from the pain and discomfort of mouth ulcers and sores, teething and denture irritation. Not suitable for babies under 4 months. Supplied in a 15g tube.

Ingredients
Active: Choline salicylate 87mg/g (8.7% w/w).
Other ingredients: Cetalkonium chloride (preservative), ethanol (alcohol 40% v/v), glycerol, hypromellose, menthol, saccharin sodium, star anise oil, purified water.
Directions
Use only as directed. Wash your hands. Apply about a pea-sized amount to the tip of a clean finger and massage it into the affected area. Repeat after 3 hours if necessary. Do not apply more often than once every 3 hours, and do not use more than 6 doses in 24 hours.
Warnings
- Not suitable for babies under 4 months.
- Children under 16 who have, or are recovering from, chickenpox, influenza or fever should not use this medicine unless a doctor has told them to.
- Do not use if you have a stomach ulcer, are in the third trimester of pregnancy or are breastfeeding.
- Contains salicylate. Do not give aspirin-containing products to infants during treatment.
- Contains alcohol (40% v/v) and saccharin.
- Do not exceed the stated dose. Excessive or prolonged use can be harmful.
- If symptoms persist, see your doctor, dentist or pharmacist.
- Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the tube seal is broken.
