BetterYou Boost B12 Daily Oral Spray delivers 1200µg of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, with chromium and green tea extract, in a natural apricot-flavoured oral spray. The fine droplets are absorbed through the inner cheek.

Vitamin B12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Stimulant free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Size: 25ml.

Ingredients

Per daily dose (4 sprays): vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 1200µg, chromium 40µg, green tea extract 0.5mg.

Other ingredients: water, xylitol, natural apricot flavour, citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Directions

Adults: 4 sprays daily, or as advised by your healthcare professional. Can be taken in one go or spread through the day, with or without food. Children under 12: half the adult dose.

Shake well before use. On first use, press the pump 3 times to prime. Once opened, use within 6 months.
