Ingredients

Each capsule contains:

• Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 250mg
• Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl succinate, natural vitamin E) 86mg, equiv. to dl-alpha tocopherol 200 IU
• Zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate) 7.5mg
• Copper (from copper gluconate) 1mg
• Selenium (from L-selenomethionine) 20mcg
• Lutein esters 5mg
• Zeaxanthin esters 1mg

Also contains: Encapsulating aids. Gelatin capsule.

No added artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food.
