Ingredients
Each serve (0.2ml, 4 drops) contains:
- Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) 50mcg
Other ingredients: Purified water, glycerin, structured sunflower seed lecithin (providing phospholipids including phosphatidylcholine), natural fruit flavours, acacia gum, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate.
No added sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners or flavours. Suitable for vegans.
Directions
One serve = 0.2ml (4 drops). Adults: 1 serve once daily. Children 4 years and over: half a serve daily. Best taken 15 minutes before or after food. May be taken on its own or diluted in a small amount of water or juice.
