Ingredients

Each gelatin capsule contains:

• Magnesium aspartate complex 625mg
• equiv. elemental magnesium 125mg

Other ingredients: Magnesium stearate.

Directions

Adults and children 14 years and over: 1 to 3 capsules daily. Children 9-13 years: 1 capsule daily. Take in divided doses, between meals or at bedtime.
