Harker Herbals Vitamin C is a tangy orange-flavoured liquid from the Be Well range that provides 650mg of vitamin C per 10ml dose from organic Sea Buckthorn, with no added ascorbic acid. Suitable for the whole family from 1 year of age, it can be taken straight from the spoon.

Ingredients
Each 10ml dose contains: Vitamin C 650mg from organic Sea Buckthorn (equivalent to 21g fresh juice). No added ascorbic acid. Other ingredients: brown rice syrup, natural sweeteners, natural flavours, citric acid, water. Contains approx. 1.75g natural plant sugars per 5ml.
Directions
Adults: 10ml per day. Children 6-12 years: 5ml per day. Children 1-5 years: 1ml per day. Daily support: take the recommended dose once daily. Extra support when run down: take the recommended dose up to every three hours during the day. Take straight from the spoon; no need to dilute.
