Enerlyte Rehydration Salts Apple & Blackcurrant (10 sachets) is an oral rehydration powder with a pleasant apple and blackcurrant flavour. It helps replace water and electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride and citrate) with glucose, lost through vomiting, diarrhoea, heavy sweating, vigorous exercise or excess alcohol. Each pack includes a measure for making up the solution.

Ingredients

Glucose monohydrate, sodium acid citrate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, plus flavour. See pack for full details.

Directions

Fill the measure to the 200mL line with fresh, cold drinking water (use boiled and cooled water for infants). Empty one sachet into the water, stir well and drink. Dose: take as directed on the label, or as advised by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

Always read the label and use only as directed. Mix only with water - do not mix with other fluids and do not boil the made-up solution. Made-up solution may be kept in the fridge (not frozen) for up to 24 hours; otherwise discard any unused solution within 1 hour. If signs of dehydration persist, or for infants and young children, see your healthcare professional.
