Ingredients
Each 5.2g serve contains: Myo-inositol 4000mg; DIM (diindolylmethane) 100mg; Zinc (as zinc bisglycinate) 15mg. Other ingredients: citric acid, monk fruit sweetener, natural flavours, natural colour.
Directions
Adults 18 years and over: mix 5.2g (1½ teaspoons) into cold water and take daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not add to hot drinks. To start, you may take half a serve and increase to a full serve over 1–2 weeks. Use daily for at least 4–6 weeks. Take at least 2 hours apart from medications.
