It combines the spore-forming probiotic Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 (LactoSpore®) with the amino acid glycine to support digestive comfort, regularity and relaxation. Ingredients
Each 6.28g serve contains: Glycine 6000mg; Bacillus coagulans MTCC 5856 (LactoSpore®) 2 billion CFU. Other ingredients: natural fruit flavour, citric acid, monk fruit extract.
Directions
Adults and children 12 years and over: mix 1½ metric teaspoons (6.28g) into 250mL of water once daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Pregnancy and breastfeeding: mix ½ metric teaspoon into 125mL of water once daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Can be taken in the morning or evening.
