Ingredients
Cocoa powder, natural flavours, ashwagandha extract (ashwagandha, maltodextrin), sweetener (monk fruit extract), vitamin B6. Each 5g serve provides vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal HCl) 1mg. Nutrition per serve (5g in 200mL water): energy 53kJ (13 Cal), protein 0.4g, fat 0.7g (saturated 0.6g), carbohydrate 1g (sugars 0g), dietary fibre 1.2g, sodium 0mg.
Directions
Hot: mix 1 teaspoon (5g) with about 100mL of heated milk or boiling water and stir until dissolved, then top with about 100mL of hot or steamed milk. Cold: mix 1 teaspoon with about 100mL of milk or water, fill the glass with ice and top with about 100mL of milk.
