Ingredients
Oat milk powder (79%), natural flavour, blue spirulina powder (4%), chamomile extract (0.8%), passionflower extract (0.3%), sweetener (monkfruit extract), vitamin B6.
Per 5 g serve: vitamin B6 1 mg. Contains gluten (oats).
Directions
Hot: mix 1 tsp in a mug with around 100 ml heated milk of your choice or boiling water and stir to dissolve, then add another 100 ml steamed or hot milk.
Cold: mix 1 tsp into a glass with around 100 ml of your favourite milk or water, fill with ice, then add another 100 ml milk.
