Ingredients
Each capsule contains: Lactobacillus rhamnosus 6 billion CFU; Lactobacillus acidophilus 9 billion CFU; Bifidobacterium lactis 10 billion CFU. Total 25 billion CFU per capsule. Gluten free, soy free, corn free, GMO free, with no refined sugar or artificial colours, flavours or additives. Probiotic strains are dairy-derived and may contain traces of milk.
Directions
Adults: take 1 capsule daily, 30 minutes before your first meal or 2 hours after your last meal of the day. If taking antibiotics and/or antifungal medicines, take at least 2 hours after the medication.
