Ingredients
Each tablet contains: Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate (160mg elemental magnesium); Magnesium Citrate (40mg elemental magnesium); Magnesium Aspartate (20mg elemental magnesium); Total elemental magnesium 220mg; Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 30mg; Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D) 2.5mcg (100 IU). Contains tabletting aids. No artificial flavours or preservatives.
Directions
Take 1 tablet daily or as professionally advised. Best taken in the evening.
Warnings
