Each 10.5g serve contains: OptiCreatine™ Creatine Monohydrate 5,000mg (5g), Magnesium L-Threonate 964mg (equiv. to Magnesium 75mg), Magnesium Glycinate 531mg (equiv. to Magnesium 75mg). Total elemental Magnesium 150mg per serve. Contains sucralose, acidity regulator, flavours and carrier.
Directions
Adults: Mix 1 levelled scoop (10.5g serve) into 300ml water and consume immediately. Take daily to support normal Creatine levels, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
