Each SoftGel Capsule contains: Flaxseed Oil (Organic) 1,000mg, providing Alpha-linolenic Acid (Omega 3) 550mg, Linoleic Acid (Omega 6) 155mg, Oleic Acid (Omega 9) 180mg. Contains encapsulating aids and colourant. No added artificial flavours or preservatives.
Directions
