Harker Herbals Liver Tonic (formerly Livernurse) is a New Zealand-made herbal liquid that helps support healthy liver, gallbladder and digestive function. A healthy liver plays a vital role in helping the body process fatty foods, alcohol and environmental pollutants. This blend of more than 20 plant-based ingredients, herbs and pure essential oils is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to nourish the liver and support the natural cleansing processes of the liver and digestive organs. Available in 250ml and 500ml.

Ingredients
Black Cohosh Root, Carrageen (Irish Moss) Powder, Cayenne Pepper Powder, Chamomile Flower, Ginger Root Powder, Kelp Powder, Kumarahou Flower, Licorice Powder, Turkey Rhubarb Root, Vervain, Wormwood, Yellow Dock Root, with pure essential oils of Aniseed, Cajeput, Clove Bud, Coriander, Fennel, Jojoba, Lemon and Lime. Also contains Iodine (Lugol's Organic Iodide), Vegetable Glycerine, Celtic Sea Salt and Citric Acid.
Directions
Shake well before use. Adults and children over 12 years: take 5-10ml, 3 to 4 times daily. Children 2-12 years: half the adult dose (Harker Herbals recommend their Children's range for children under 12). Or as advised by your healthcare professional.

If you have a medical condition or are taking prescribed medication, seek professional medical advice before use. Mild nausea may occur in some people when starting; if this occurs, rest, drink water and pause use for 1-2 days.
