Harker Herbals Be Well Elderberry + Vitamin C + Zinc is a berry-flavoured liquid formulated to help support healthy immune defences for the whole family. It contains concentrated black elderberry extract, naturally rich in anthocyanins and flavonoids, plus natural vitamin C from organic Sea Buckthorn berries (a highly bioavailable source) and zinc. Elderberry is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support immune health, and vitamin C and anthocyanins provide antioxidant support. Take straight from a spoon or mix into a drink.

Ingredients
Each 10ml contains: Black Elderberry 16,830mg, standardised to contain anthocyanins 35.7mg; Organic Sea Buckthorn berries 16,830mg, delivering Vitamin C 550mg; Zinc bisglycinate amino acid chelate delivering elemental zinc 2.5mg. Base: chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid, water. Less than 0.08g sugar per 10ml dose. No added synthetic ascorbic acid, preservatives or alcohol.
Directions
Adults and children over 12 years: 10ml per day. Children 6-12 years: 5ml per day. Children 1-5 years: 1ml per day. Stay well: take the recommended dose once daily. Get well: take the recommended dose every three hours during the day. Take straight from a spoon or mix into a drink.
