Harker Herbals Iron Tonic (Ironurse) is a blackberry fruit herbal syrup naturally rich in plant-sourced iron and silica, blended with ginger, oat straw, yellow dock, horsetail and deep sea carrageen (Chondrus crispus). A daily herbal iron, silica and calcium tonic suitable for the whole family from 2 years. Available in 250ml and 500ml.

Ingredients

Oils: aniseed, jojoba, lemon, spearmint. Herbs: blackberry fruit, cayenne pepper/chilli, ginger, horsetail, licorice, oat straw, yellow dock. Seaweeds: carrageen (Irish moss), giant kelp. Other: Celtic sea salt, citric acid, vegetable glycerine, iodine (seaweed derived), UV-treated rain water. Iron content per dose is not stated by the source; refer to the label.

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: take 5-10ml, 3 to 4 times daily. Children 2-12 years: half the adult dose. Shake well before use. Take a quarter to half dose for the first 2 to 3 days. Do not exceed the stated dose.
