Ingredients
Each 5ml contains: Saffron stigma 50mg; Ashwagandha root 885mg; Licorice root 225.3mg; Skullcap leaf 432.4mg. Base: chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid, water. Less than 0.66g sugar per 5ml dose.
Directions
Adults and children over 12 years: take 5ml three times per day during periods of stress. Shake well before use. Can be taken long term.
